For all properties:
When booking we require the deposit that is set for each property. Payments can be made by:
     VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD , EFTPOS, CHEQUE or CASH.
      Deposits can be paid by "card" over the phone.
 
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD , EFTPOS, CHEQUE or CASH.

 
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
Guest Numbers
Tariffs are calculated on a per person (adults and children) per night basis. We must be notified if you are expecting extra guests at anytime during your stay. Overnight guests will incur extra charges. Functions and gatherings involving larger numbers of guests are catered for by prior arrangement only.
 
Check Out
Check out on day of departure is prior to 11am.
Late check out by prior arrangement only and will depend on availability. An extra cost may be incurred.
 
Breakages or Damage
Any breakages or damage must be reported. Please give us a call or leave a note. We reserve the right to seek reimbursement of the same.
 
Cleaning
We are confident you will appreciate the high standard of your accommodation.
 
To avoid extra cleaning charges, we ask that you leave the property as you found it upon your arrival. This includes all dishes being washed and dried, stove/griller cleaned (if dirtied) and BBQ cleaned (if used). All rubbish is to be disposed of in the correct council bin provided. Bins are put out for collection on Sunday nights. Any furniture moved should be put back to its original position. Basic household items including cleaning products and toilet rolls are provided for you convenience on arrival.
 
Personal Property
No responsibility will be accepted for any personal property left in or around the premises.
 
Pets
Animals and pets are NOT permitted on the premises at Lyell Cottages and Magnolia House.
Well behaved pets are allowed at Keppel Waters by PRIOR ARRANGEMENT only. Pets are not permitted inside the property under any circumstances.
 
Bonds
Credit Card details are sufficient for a Bond. If you have not paid your deposit by credit card please supply them to our office ASAP. Your credit card will not be accessed without your notification and then only if an issues arises (see the booking conditions above).
If you need to provide a bond by cheque then please note your bond will not be refunded immediately upon check out. Once you have departed the property will be cleaned and inspected. A re-imbursement cheque will then be forwarded
 
Refunds
In case of cancellation, we advise that your deposit may be transferred to a future date if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the original reservation.
If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior, we reserve the right to retain the deposit or part thereof.
