Keppel Waters is a special property set on a beautiful farm near Marysville in the Yarra Valley region.   Couples, families and groups of friends will love the peaceful country experience of Keppel Waters. The water, the green landscape, the hills and mountains; it all adds up to a very unique and beautiful experience.

Magnolia House. Located in the heart of Marysville, Magnolia House is one of the village's original and historically significant homes.   The house is named after the 100 year old Magnolia tree that has been incorporated into the massive outdoor entertainment area.   The century old gardens are full of beautiful plants; Camellia's, Rhododendrons and Azaleas among others.

Timberlodge, An updated, two-level, Alpine-style Lodge.Designed and built by Sir Roy Grounds (Architect of the Victorian Arts Centre) during the 1960s - using recycled natural Australian timbers from demolished buildings. Sir Roy originally used this Lodge as a 'holiday escape' and to 'fine-tune' some of his design concepts.   Located in Hull Road, a 5 minute walk form the main street. Beautifully appointed house comfortably sleeping 8-10 people with ample parking for all cars.
